From June 11th to 13th, 2025, the globally renowned SNEC PV Power Expo was grandly held at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center. Long Road Electric Co., Ltd. made a grand appearance with its new product, the LRB1-125 DC Miniature Circuit Breaker (DC MCB), as well as a series of leading smart new energy solutions. At this exhibition, Long Road Electric  New Energy officially launched its newly developed LRB1-125 DC miniature circuit breaker. This product, known as the "invisible shield" for energy storage systems, immediately attracted the attention of many participants upon its debut.

LRB1-125 DC miniature circuit breaker, with its simple and compact structural design, achieves a perfect fusion of high performance and high reliability within a limited installation space. Its excellent temperature rise control technology ensures a temperature rise value below 50K under the condition of 27mm modular 125A frame current, greatly improving the temperature stability and safety during equipment operation, and providing a solid guarantee for the stable operation of the energy storage system.

This product boasts exceptional environmental adaptability, capable of operating normally in complex environments ranging from extreme temperatures (-40℃ to +80℃) to altitudes of 2000 to 5000 meters. Whether it's the extreme cold of Mohe or the scorching heat of Dubai, it can operate stably, ensuring the safety and reliability of the energy storage system.

Its high short-circuit breaking capacity of 6kA (time constant 3ms), as well as high-frequency electrical endurance and reliability under critical load current, fully demonstrates Longroad  New Energy's profound technical expertise and innovation capabilities in the field of DC circuit breakers. In addition, the LRB1-125 DC miniature circuit breaker has obtained three national patents for arc isolation structure, arc extinction structure, and circuit breaker, and has passed the authoritative UL 489 SC certification. It has achieved significant breakthroughs in multiple key technical indicators, leading the industry's technological development direction.
